Speak With a Licensed RCIC

Every enquiry is reviewed by Harshmeet Pal Singh, RCIC (CICC licence R708583). Consultations are held by video call or telephone, so it does not matter where in the world you are.

The fastest route to a useful answer. The roadmap questionnaire gives us the facts we need before we speak, so the conversation starts with substance rather than basics.

What to send us

The more precisely you describe your situation, the more useful the first reply will be. If you can, include:

  • What you are trying to achieve — permanent residence, a work or study permit, a family sponsorship, a visit
  • Where you live now, and your citizenship
  • Your current immigration status in Canada, if you have one, and when it expires
  • Whether you have ever been refused a visa or permit by Canada or any other country
  • Your education, work experience and any language test results
Please do not email passports, identity numbers or scanned documents

We do not need them to answer an initial enquiry, and unencrypted email is not a secure way to send them. If your file proceeds, documents are exchanged securely at that stage.

What happens when you get in touch

  1. We read what you sent and identify the real question Which is not always the one that was asked. An expiring status or an undisclosed refusal changes priorities immediately, and we will say so.
  2. You get a straight answer about whether we can help Including when the answer is that your situation is straightforward enough to handle yourself, or that a different professional is the right one.
  3. If a consultation makes sense, we arrange one A scheduled call with the RCIC, where general information becomes advice about your actual circumstances.
  4. If you decide to proceed, you receive a written retainer agreement Setting out the services and the fees before any work begins. You know the cost before you commit.

Where we work

Canadian immigration applications are decided by Canadian authorities, so a licensed Canadian consultant can advise and represent you wherever you live. 5AB Immigration works with clients in India, the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf region, with clients already inside Canada, and elsewhere.

Consultations are by video call or telephone. When arranging a time, mention your time zone so we can find a slot that actually works.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will I get a reply?

Enquiries are normally answered within one to two business days. If your status is expiring or you are facing a deadline, say so in the subject line — those are prioritised, because some of them cannot wait.

Is the first conversation free?

An initial enquiry costs nothing, and the free roadmap questionnaire gives you a written starting point at no charge.

A full consultation — where your specific circumstances are analysed and you receive advice rather than general information — is a paid professional service. The fee is confirmed before it is booked.

What does it cost to hire 5AB Immigration?

Professional fees depend on the program and the complexity of the file, and are set out in a written retainer agreement before any work begins.

Government fees are separate and are paid to the Government of Canada, not to us. They are published on the IRCC fee list.

Can you guarantee my application will be approved?

No, and nobody can. Decisions are made by Canadian immigration authorities, not by a representative.

Any consultant or agency promising a guaranteed visa, guaranteed permanent residence or a "no refusal" service is making a promise they cannot keep — and making it breaches the professional standards an RCIC is bound by.

Do you have a public office I can visit?

Consultations are held by video call or telephone rather than in person, which is what allows clients across India, the UAE, the GCC and Canada to be served equally.

If meeting in person matters to you, mention it when you get in touch and we will tell you what is possible.

I already have a consultant. Can I get a second opinion?

Yes, and it is a reasonable thing to ask for — particularly if you have been advised to do something you do not understand, or if an application has been refused.

Bring the refusal letter, the application that was submitted, and any written advice you were given. See refusals and complex cases.
