1. Who provides this website

This website is operated by 5AB Immigration, an immigration consulting practice led by Harshmeet Pal Singh, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, licence number R708583.

2. The website is information, not advice

Everything published here is general information about Canadian immigration programs. It is not individualised legal or immigration advice, and it cannot account for the facts of your situation.

Reading this website, submitting a form or exchanging initial correspondence does not create a consultant–client relationship. That relationship begins only when a written retainer agreement has been signed by both parties. See the disclaimer for the full position.

3. Accuracy and currency

Canadian immigration law, program requirements, government fees and processing times change, sometimes without notice and sometimes with immediate effect. We review regulatory pages periodically and display a last reviewed date on them, but we do not warrant that every page is current or complete at the moment you read it.

Where a page summarises a legal requirement, the official source governs. Always verify against IRCC before acting.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form
• Submit another person's personal information without their knowledge and consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for republication
• Impersonate 5AB Immigration or misrepresent your association with us

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, analysis, structure, design, graphics and the 5AB Immigration name and logo — is owned by 5AB Immigration or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law.

You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, reproduce the material commercially, or present it as your own.

Content reproduced from the Government of Canada remains the property of the Crown and is subject to its own terms.

6. Third-party links

We link to official sources including IRCC, the Government of Canada, provincial authorities and the CICC. Those sites are not under our control. We provide the links because they are authoritative, not because we take responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Testimonials and client reviews

Reviews reproduced on this site were published by clients on our public Google listing and are quoted as written. They describe individual experiences at a particular time.

They do not predict or guarantee any outcome. Processing times and results differ in every case, and a past result is not an indication of a future one.

8. No guarantee of outcome

Decisions on Canadian immigration applications are made by Canadian immigration authorities. Neither 5AB Immigration nor any representative can guarantee approval, a particular processing time, or any specific result. Nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.
